Edinburgh Hebrew Congregation, Bring them Home Scotland, and other Scottish-Jewish organisations have been active in organising a weekly vigil for hostages held in Gaza since October 7th 2023.
The shared hope is for the peaceful release of all remaining hostages: Israeli, Palestinian, Bedouin and foreign national, military and civilian, adult and child.
The vigil currently takes place weekly, over two hours, outside the Scottish Parliament.
