On 3 April 2025 Edinburgh Interfaith Association‘s (EIFA) produced a first ever, historic model interfaith Passover service and dinner beautifully and brilliantly conducted by Rabbi David Rose.
The dinner was catered by L’Chaim kosher caterers of Glasgow and sponsored by the Consul Generals of France and Germany with culinary service coordination by the Balmoral Hotel.
The dinner was hosted by the French Consul General at the Scottish Free French House in Edinburgh that was officially dedicated in 1943 by former French president General Charles de Gaulle. Participants included leaders of major faiths and the Lord Provost of the City of Edinburgh.
