The Jewish Council of Scotland (JCoS) is delighted to announce the appointment of Carmen McPherson as its new Director, effective 16th October 2025.
Carmen joins JCoS with a wealth of experience in Jewish communal development, collaborative leadership, and high-level political engagement. Most recently she served as Coordinator of Masorti Europe – managing the activities of the Masorti movement on the continent and providing strategic guidance to facilitate future
growth.
