Join EJCC for a kosher cookery series that brings us Jewish cuisines from around the world. Join in person for the opportunity to enjoy eating the amazing meals created by the chefs themselves, or join online to follow alongside the recipes from home.
Ingredient and recipe sheets will be circulated in advance of the sessions for those who want to cook along and will also be available online.
This time we focus on Scottish/Jewish Cuisine with Paul McPhail and Bruce Ballantyne.
