Our friend Mich writes:
Shirei Nechama is a 30 minute session of gentle night-time music and prayers, based on the prayers in our siddur said before going to sleep. Prayers of protection, of setting aside things which have agitated us during the day, of letting go, and feeling comfort. Attendees are welcome to listen with their camera on or off and use this as a time to wind down after a busy day.
