Our 2026 AGM will be held on Sunday 22nd February 2026 at 3pm at St. Mark’s Unitarian Church, 7 Castle Terrace Edinburgh, EH1 2DP.
The AGM papers are collected here and paper copies will be available at the meeting.
While nominations for any council position (member or executive officer) can be made by full members on the day, it would help the flow of the meeting if nominations could be made in advance. If if you are interested in standing for a position and would like to discuss any aspect further, please get in touch with the outgoing chair, either in person or by emailing chair@eljc.org.
If you have something to raise under Any Other Business, please let the chair know in advance by emailing chair@eljc.org.
All current council members have read and agreed to our expectations of council members and our charter of values, and it is expected that any new council members will likewise read and agree to these. Current members of council have written short personal statements and anyone wishing to stand for council are also invited to write a statement to be read out at the AGM.
Refreshments will be provided after the meeting.
