We are running an Education Hub Summer Season on our YouTube channel, covering four very important topics looking at the Future of Progressive Judaism.
With lots of members looking for things to watch over the summer – as well as many requests from people who couldn’t attend Hineinu to see content from the conference – we are premiering these four recordings throughout July and August that can then be watched at leisure.
These were filmed professionally and the quality of the video matches that of the discussions. While they are accessible and can be viewed on any device, they are best watched on a HD monitor or laptop with 2160p (or 1080p) selected on YouTube for the full experience.
The topics covered are the future of 1) Jewish status, 2) our relationship with Israel, 3) liturgy and 4) and our global Progressive Jewish Movements. It’s an incredible chance to hear from experts in the field on the history, current practice and future of our Movement and our Judaism.
The first video – on our inclusive and welcoming approach to conversion and inherited Jewish status – is live now and is a fascinating and uplifting discussion. The panel of speakers includes Rabbi Mark Solomon.
