After hundreds of people signed up for our conversation following the Golders Green attacks, it was clear there was a need for more space for Jews to talk honestly about antisemitism, including the difficult questions that don’t always fit neatly into our usual political or communal spaces.
For this first session, just before the High Holy Days and as we approach the anniversary of the Heaton Park attack in Manchester, we’ll be joined by Rabbi Leah Jordan for a reflection on antisemitism, belonging, division within Jewish communities, and what Jewish tradition and solidarity might offer us in this moment.
Then we’ll spend the bulk of the session in small, facilitated breakout groups, making space to talk through experiences of antisemitism, questions of safety, and relationships to Palestine-Israel, Zionism, Jewish identity, or whatever these issues are bringing up for you.
